Situated on the outskirts of Utrecht ten minutes´ drive from the city centre and the UTRECHT INDUSTRIES FAIR buildings. The hotel is situated in a splendid park and offers a wonderful view of the old Utrecht "De Bilt" fortress.
Hotel Mitland Utrecht has 120 luxuriously furnished rooms and 15 spacious apartments for extended visits.
Hotel Mitland Utrecht has several banquet rooms for 10 to 250 persons for weddings, receptions, meetings and congresses.
Hotel Mitland has a beautiful restaurant situated on the waters of Fort de Bilt, merging into a 'green' area with water and trees. Besides the à la carte menu a buffet diner is served on most days. There is a separate restaurant for Stone Grill. For a less formal dinner or just drinks we have the trendy Brasserie.
Our bar "Café Forte" can be rented for groups or private parties. The name "Forte" comes from the Utrecht Fort De Bilt, which you can see from the bar. This old military stronghold on the outskirts of Utrecht used to be part of the "Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie" a uniquely Dutch water-based line of defence. The outside terrace is open in the summer months.
As a guest of Hotel Mitland Utrecht you have free access to the swimming pool, the sauna and the Turkish baths. The swimming pool is equipped with an optimal climate control system. The swimming pool and sauna have many facilities such as foot baths, showers and a (cold-water) immersion bath. For a small fee you may also make use of the bubble baths and the two separate sun beds. Its very best feature, however, is the marvellous view over the waters of Utrecht Fort De Bilt.
The oldest bowling alley in Utrecht is now the newest bowling alley in Utrecht! Our bowling lanes have been spectacularly renovated and equipped with a Music Thrill Vision System. This combination of bowling, image, sound and light contributes to an unforgettable experience.
Hotel Mitland also has a wonderful terrace which overlooks the water surrounding the 'De Bilt' fortress.
